How long after court do you start community service?

I was convicted of shoplifiting from walmart. It was only around 40 dollers worth of stuff but i have to go to court and do community service more then likely. How long after court would i start community on line pharmacies service? My court date is in may but i am planning on going to florida in the beginning of june and am not sure if community service would interfere with this. Do i get to decide which days to do the community service or does the court?

The court will tell you when you have to start, and what the ending date is, or how many hours you need. Sometimes how long you have to do community service depends on how quickly you can get the amount of needed hours in, and sometimes they give you a certain number of days and months you have to do it. The court will tell you everything you need to know when you go. I doubt you’ll be able to make your trip to Florida unfortunately. You’ll most likely be placed on some form of probation, and hence will not be able to leave the area without permission.
You have to check with them.counting how many people doing community service.
