you dont need a lawyer to beat a dui your only chance is if the cop doesnt show up.
DUI is a nearly impossible charge to beat if the officer knew what he was doing and you were really guilty. Unless you are going to pay BIG BUCKS (the good attorneys are about 10,000 a pop) you are probably going to get a little probation, a fine, some classes, and lose your license for a little bit.
lol, really? stop drinking and driving! Maybe next time you will need a lawyer to defend yourself from MURDER charges!!!!!! Anyway, sorry to be so judgmental, it just irritates the crap out of me that people take life for granted.
If you took and failed any field sobriety tests and those are on record there is no way of beating the case other than the cop not showing up, or trying to work a plea deal so you dont lose your license by doing community service or something
Is the your first DUI? What ever happened to taking the responsibility for your own actions?
If you were driving under the influence and was caught and cited for the violation you may just want to save your money.
I have written many citations for DUI and have never found a hot shot attorney that could come up with anything that would justify a driver to operate a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Being irresponsible and placing others on the road in danger is not the behavior of what would be considered a good driver.

THEN, tell your niece to use the same tool to find a taxi or hotel next time instead of driving while too tired, excited, or whatever she was other than drunk. I know you don’t need to be drunk to get a DUI. You just have to be in a condition that makes driving dangerous.
