A cheap DUI lawyer isn’t good, and a good DUI lawyer isn’t cheap. IE; You get what you pay fore.
A good lawyer might be able to get the charge reduced from DUI to a Wreckless driving. But actually they really are the same thing.
The court will just probly make you do some classes and suspend your license for one year and fine you. An attorney no matter how good will probly not be able to change any of those things.
You can get insurance through the assigned risk plan when you finish all your court ordered stuff even with a suspended license. That is the first link below.
If you can not afford an attorney you can ask for a public defender.
